Learn more about KEDICHO’s shop policies. We’re a small husband-and-wife business creating original embroidered and printed goods from our home studio. 

1. Original Artwork Only – No Custom Orders

All of the designs available through KEDICHO are artist-original and created by us. We do not offer custom work, personalizations, or made-to-order design changes. We take pride in creating unique pieces inspired by Mexican dichos and culture – you may find similar styles elsewhere, but KEDICHO is the original.

2. Shipping & Fulfillment

• All items are made and fulfilled by us – we do not outsource any part of the process.

• Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before shipping.

• Shipping time is additional and varies by location.
  

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, incorrect addresses, or lost/stolen packages.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final.

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at this time.
